Please complete a registration form even if your association will not be sending a delegate so that CAUT can keep an official record of Council participants.

** Pursuant to the CAUT By-law, local, federated, and provincial member associations can register one official ‘delegate’, and one or more ‘alternate delegates’, to attend the Council meeting.

Accommodation

If you require accommodation to attend the Council meeting virtually, we can provide a Zoom link for you to join the meeting. Please note, however, that we will not be using the same online conference platform as in the past when we held hybrid meetings. When registering for Council, please indicate your request under “Accommodation”, choose “Other” and type in the phrase “Attending online” in the text box.
