The room block at the Westin Ottawa for CAUT Spring Council 2020 is now open. Council delegates are required to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Westin Ottawa. It is important that reservations be made by March 27.

Reserve your room online using the link CAUT Spring Council 2020 or by phone at 1-888-627-8528 and ask to be booked into the "CAUT Spring Council" room block or quote the 3 letter code "CER" to obtain the preferred rates starting at $235/night (traditional guest room). Any queries with regard to hotel accommodations should be directed to Marcel Roy at CAUT – roy@caut.ca.

Travel

CAUT will cover the cost of transportation to Ottawa for one Council delegate per association. Air travel should be booked as soon as possible to take advantage of the lowest fares. CAUT policy is to use unionized air carriers unless there is no other option available. Airline reservations must be made directly with CAUT's travel agency, W.E. Travel.

W.E. Travel will require the booking code (6-4110) in order to make travel reservations and bill CAUT directly.
