Accommodation

CAUT is committed to ensuring that all its events are accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Hotel

Council delegates are required to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Delta Hotel Ottawa City Centre. It is imperative that reservations be made no later than October 29, 2024, which is the cut-off date. Be sure to mention the CAUT Council or group code NF8 to obtain the preferred rates starting at $226.00/night (traditional guest room).

Travel

CAUT will cover the cost of transportation to Ottawa for one delegate per association. Travel should be booked early to take advantage of the lowest fares and no later than October 29, 2024. CAUT’s policy is to use unionized carriers unless there is no other option available. Reservations must be made directly with CAUT̓s travel agency, Corporate Traveller, by email (carley.simpson@corporatetraveller.ca) or by phone (1-613-236-2444). Corporate Traveller will require the booking code 24502 to make travel reservations and to bill CAUT directly.
