Hotel

Travel
CAUT will cover the cost of transportation to Ottawa for one delegate per association. Travel should be booked early to take advantage of the lowest fares and no later than November 7, 2025. CAUT’s policy is to use unionized carriers unless there is no other option available. Reservations must be made directly with CAUT̓s travel agency, Corporate Traveller, by email (Stacey.thompson@corporatetraveller.ca) or by phone (1-613-236-2444). Corporate Traveller will require the booking code 24502 to make travel reservations and to bill CAUT directly.
Accommodation
CAUT is committed to ensuring that all its events are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Requests for accommodation should be indicated on the online Council registration form, under the “Accommodations” section.
